Vocal Rec。

This time I'll update about the past recording days of the vocal parts. 

For these recording-days we went to the first studio we went (to record the drums), so the time to wake up really early in the morning began once again! (∪｡∪)｡｡｡zzZ

I'll show you some pictures!

Yel was still weak because of her cold, so we made her tea, sweetened it with honey and gave her some sage candies to cheer her up. In the end she managed to sing the whole recording day long. 

We also received a visitor, she seemed very interested in the recording and listened for a while.

We had very creative days, and also the rest of the members who could come along had the chance to stand before the vocal recording device, which was quite a disaster! But we had a lot of fun, and thats the important one :)

So thats it so far for the voc. recording days. The upcoming weekend is going to be Lex' birthday, I'll tell you about it afterwards. (＾▽＾)／

Bass Rec。and more ♥

The last weeks we have been doing a lot! 

We finished the recordings, so we're preparing everything for the release of the new CD and stuff. 

I'll show you around a bit in what we're doing, first of all I want to show you some pictures from the Bass recording.
It was the first time for Sharon coming to the recording; as she is still waiting for her semester ticket she couldn't travel around as we did and come to the recording days she wasn't needed (lol that sounds harsh), but this made the bass recording something special too, because we missed her a lot the past weeks!

Doing this stuff and more, time passed by very fast, but we could record everything in time!  

I also made new fashion pictures for my management Psykyo showing the coordinates I chose for autumn.

For this coordinate you can just use any sweater with a big collar and pimp it up a bit with a fur. It's a nice and elegant coordinate for autumn and the wool and the fur keep you warm. ( ◠‿◠ )

Guitar Rec。

The last days we have been hardcore recording the guitar parts of the songs we're working on right now. 

It was very interesting and we had some spontaneous ideas to improve some parts. It's crazy how much the feeling of a song can change by adding just a little bit!

After some time, we noticed that Reyhan (our drummer) was gone, we looked for her and found her laying on the couch behind the drumset, hidden under a bunch of blankets. I secretly made a picture...

Although Yel (our vocal) caught a cold the last days, she wanted to come along. But she seemed tired all the time...

We covered her, to prevent the cold to get worse and continued our work.

The time passed so fast and we were concentrating in work to the extend that we even forgot to eat. 

In the end we noticed that we were hungry, when our stomaches ached so much that we couldn't ignore it any more. 

We normally stop recording very late, but thanks to Mr. and Ms. McDonald, we always find food in no time. 

We're having a really good time working on the songs, and as time passes, I become more and more confident that the result will be great!

First days of recording

After some weeks of preparation with my band, the recordings for our upcoming CD began this week. 
The studio is quite far away, so we have to wake up very early, but it is really worth it! 
I won't say too much and just show you the pictures of the last days ;)

At the "Eifel" for Fye

Last week weather got better; even if the sun shined a lot the wind cooled down the clime, so we decided to take a huge walk with our Husky named Fye and to give her a welcome change we decided to go to the Eifel as she never has been there before.
So we packed a basket with drinks and hit the road! 

First of it was only a friend of mine and me going, but as the weather was very good to take a walk the family of my friend decided to come along, so Fye had to sit at the car boot because there was no space at the seats.

We went to 'Bad Muenstereifel' and did some sightseeing.
Actually this village is still walled in and we had the feeling as if we time-jumped to the past, there also were lots of traditional half-timbered buildings. I made some pictures to give an impression.

After some time we got hungry, so we decided to eat something at one of the many restaurants placed at the main road. (it actually was the main road of the village, but it looked more like the village trading street of a role-playing game, where you can buy mana-drinks and stuff!) 
I ordered an omelette, as I wasn't that hungry. Actually I've never seen such a big omelette! And it was delicious!

There is a wellness-garden near Bad Muenstereifel, so we walked there because we wanted Fye to enjoy the park and the mounds on the way there. 
Fortunately there we're lots of fountains at the SPA, and Fye sillily LOVES water, so she played a lot there. 

She nearly fell! 

I made a short video of her playing, she's so cute!! x)

The song from 'The Jungle Book' is the perfect-fitting song for her! <xD

 


Afterwards it became cloudy, so we decided to return home. But we made a last stop at the knight's castle in 'Satzvey'. It's a castle where often knights festivals are held. There also is a stage where plays, like newly 'robin hood', are performed.

But there was no activity as we arrived there, also the shop we wanted to go was closed, so we returned to the car with a brochure. 

"Don't drink and fly."
